The Congress - Bundestag Youth Exchange Program (CBYX), known in Germany as the Parlamentarisches Patenschafts-Programm (PPP) is implemented through grants to several private not-for-profit exchange organizations. They are responsible for the placement and support of German students in American host families and schools throughout the United States.
